Founded the first computing society at the University of Birmingham Dubai: an official ACM student chapter that brought industry onto campus. Six presidents later, it’s still running.

Elected president of the University of Birmingham Dubai’s student union, representing 4,000 to 5,000 students as campus life restarted after COVID. I started the annual club awards. The university still holds them every year.
Founder, Speech and Debate Society ↗
Started the first Speech and Debate Society at the University of Birmingham Dubai, in the middle of COVID. It’s still active.
Campus Experience Officer ↗
Mentored engineering students one-on-one and in groups, and ran events on well-being and industry for the University of Toronto Engineering Society.
Lead, Global Futures Curriculum
Led and taught the Global Futures Curriculum for a full school year at GEMS Wellington Academy – Silicon Oasis, in partnership with Singularity University.
